Feature Request adding original option to framerate

When transcoding something it would be handy that vlc would have a setting to use the original framerate from the source file.
Preferably an option that can be used as default.
The current framerate = 0.00 fps default behaviour is kinda weird when doing transcoding.

Please add this, it will save a lot of people a lot of frustration and grief.
Also for other places where there is a source e.g. screen recording.
