vlc some time wrong display fps in media information

when I use a vlc to output a stream then use another vlc to receive it. I get 50 fps in media information of vlc.
actually, the transcode setting is 25fps.

actually vlc alway double the fps after transcode.
such as: encode side:
:sout=#transcode{vcodec=h264,vb=800,scale=1,acodec=mp4a,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=ts,dst=0.0.0.0:8080},dst=display}

client side:
use GUI to open http://192.168.1.132:8080

then check Tools->Media Codec Info -> fps info.

I alway found encode side is half of client side. i.e. 23.976 : 44.952 or 25 : 50 why??

even I make client vlc to transcode again, then I saw 25 fps -> 50 fps -> 100 fps. why??

version 086,1.0,101,102,103 are same.
after all I can watch all movie normally.

I see the same thing. I use vlc to record two web cams and an audio stream. In 1.0.1 it was fine but now in 1.0.5 the video shows a frame rate of 50 when the videos are sending 25fps. HOwever it does not play properly, it plays at an increased frame rate and the video gets out of sync with the audio by about 8 minutes after playing for 20.

I got the same issue with some Youtube videos:

VLC reports 50 FPS while the video is in fact 25 FPS.
