I have some questions regarding some specific wav files. These are quite short audio clips from Computer Games not music as such mostly audio files of different voice actor's lines. Some are longer but generally they end at approx. 4 or 5 seconds.
The problem is that many of them ends not exactly at the second but some hundredths of seconds above or less:
For example 1.25 seconds, 3.06, 4.30 etc...
The last word is at best muffled but most of the time the sound is cut off mid-sentence. These are mostly fast lines of words. This problem also affects music files with the music ending abruptly at the end.
When one compares Windows Media Player can handle this and various audio editing programs playback, but not VLC Media Player at the moment.
This is not a big issue, I admit, but I wonder if this can be fixed in an easy way by those working on the program? If it's not worth the trouble, then please leave a note. Either way this issue is not related to most ordinary music files which have been carefully edited but probably lesser files such as these game files.
