Hotkeys Reassigned when VLC closed.

Reassigning Hotkeys

Issue: The HotKeys are not reassigned immediately. The Hotkey page accepts and indicates new association but does not function. :?

Solution: VLC needs to be closed for assignments to activate.

Issue: The minimal view function is nonassignable. Hotkey Ctrl + H cannot be changed.

Solution: Open ... answer needed.
