1) VLC deadlocks (hangs) when exiting VLC in fullscreen mode via the context menu.
2) ProjectM is always a blackscreen even though it can find the .milk files.
3) Ch1 of the Scope visual begins at row 0 instead of at least 1/3 down, ch2 is at the 50% mark.

Windows 2000 SP4
1) Ok.
2) OK.
3) I believe this is on purpose.

1) Ok.
I get this as well if a full screen video finishes because the end of file was reached (no need to use context menu)

I get this on WinXP Pro - I take it is a known issue?

Cheers, Arite.

With regards to 3) I'm not so positive it is by design. Please see attached image and note the colour bands.

Btw; I just noticed that using the Hotkey 'Shift-s' to take a snapshot would instantly kill VLC without cleaning the tray icon.

Ok guys, some problems here !
First of, a previous bug has been corrected in this version ; in playlist, option deinterlace-mode can be precised. That's a good new for me ;)

But, something has been modified into DVB-T :
If I use option ":program=XXX" to open directly a program stream from a multiplexing, then ... well, one time it works like a charm but four times it doesn't.
No error message, but I have to select manually the program in the Play>Program submenu...

For information, it's the French DVB-T (TNT...) and it was working in the previous version !

This WMV8 video is showing color artifacts/shifting which may vary depending on the video output module in use:

FFplay is playing it fine though.

Good evening,

opening locally stored AVI files is no problem, but since 1.10-pre1 VLC refuses to open and play files located on another machine in my LAN. Opening files on other machines only works if I assign a drive letter to that resource.

VLC 1.05 has no problem to open an URL like \\pcname\dir\file.avi, the pre1 AND pre2 version only displays the logo and does not start the video.
