no sound

hello!
i have file. there is no sound when i open them with vlc

i try in debian squeeze (testing release):
vlc.v1.0.4
smplayer v0.6.8 (SVN r3213)
and in windows xp sp3:
vlc.v1.0.5

but totem v2.28.5 (with GStreamer.v0.10.26) in debian works fine
and mediainfo says

i got it by grabing from dv camcorder and coding in kdenlive video editor

interestingly, if this file include in project of dvdstyler, then released dvd is too work properly in vlc

i know, trouble in file. tell me please, how i can fix it?

so... no one can help me?
i use formatfactory, for
1) extract audio
2) mux extracting audio and source mpg-file

but this requires time, and may be lose quality

i choose another solution:
ffmpeg -i untitled.mpg -vcodec copy untitled_new.mpg
and now vlc play untitled_new.mpg with sound and mediainfo look at this
