Possible to make the video black and white?

Postby HDS7 » 09 Feb 2010 19:57

Is it possible to desaturate the video youre watching? make it black and white? ive got this awful colorized version of a 1940s film and id like to watch it in its original intention. i cant seem to figure out how or if its possible to do that with the preferences being so technical.

Code: Select all

--grayscale, --no-grayscale Grayscale video output (default disabled) Output video in grayscale. As the color information aren't decoded, this can save some processing power. (default disabled)
also available via Tools -> Preferences... (Show settings: All) and Video.
