AtmoLight Module ?

Postby neweller » 30 Dec 2009 22:07

I working on a Arduino / AtmoLight project and I would like to use VLC to play a feed from my Comcast box to the VLC. The problem I'm having is it appears that AtmoLight is missing for OS X. It works great for PC but the modules appears to be missing in the latest release.

Just wondering is there a know issue with the plugin?

Hello,

I think its only missing on 1.1.x nightlies as far I know - (hope). because some changes in VLC core, and some laziness I missed some protection against multithread so it got disabled for the current nightlies. (Its still compileable and buildable)
(I can only speak for the linux and windows build - not mac os)

Currently I refurbished the module and hope to get it back into the next release or at least into the nightly build, with some
new features and a broader support for other AtmoLight hardware and not only the one from http://www.vdr-portal.de.
