Streaming to virtual camera/audio

I would like to know if the following functionality is available - I wasn't able to see it in the docs, but maybe someone knows of a plugin or other software which accomplishes the same goal.

I would like a new streaming video_output module which creates a new 'video source' device (as webcams do), and new 'audio-in' (or microphone) device.

The reason is that I want to be able to stream the output of VNC through conferencing software like skype, which only accepts webcams as input for video.

OK, I guess this functionality is not available, according to this post:

Anyone know of any other solutions (for windows)?
