vlc won't run with my webcam.. but ekiga does

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use my webcam in order to stream it pn my network.
My cam is :

My system is :

CentOS 2.6.18-164.6.1.el5 x86_64

and I have installed the following module :

I get my devives :

but when I simply tried a :

But my user account seems correctly configured :

What I'm doing wrong?
I have to change the udev confguration?

OK that was an error about the /dev/video0 access right.
