Playlists and Playback Speed

Thoughts please.....

I have a playlist of video files I wish to randomly play at a 'faster' framerate than normal.
I can set the first video file to playback faster, but when the next video file is randomly selected, the playback speed goes back to normal.
Is there any way of having all the video files in the playlist play on a faster framerate as default ?
