Starting up the Amino Aminet STB 110

i brought an Amino 110 STB , and want to set it up , i can stream through my computer running VLC , i have a switch running DHCP server on it .
The main issue is i can only see "Loading" on the TV all the time , i can't do anything , i tried to use Wireshark ( sniffer ), i saw that my STB is not accepting an IP , i tried CTRL + M on the amino IR keyboard , but nothing , the remote control is no use .

So what can i do , i am confused ,
1 - on some sites i saw , that amino requires internet access to download image at the first time ( probably for update , but that's not what i need now )
2 - Or i need a debug cable that i have to build , and connect to aminet then i can assign IP to my STB , after that i dont know what to do ( btw i didn't do it yet , i am afraid to ruin it )
3 - i didn't get the NDA when i brought it because i brought from the electronic stores , and the guys can't help me since it has been 2 years old.

So what now . . .

Your box is empty (useless)... it is looking now for a broadcast ip address to listen to a multicasted firmware.

First thing is to find a firmware... then setup a linux box (or vmware) and follow this guide:

This is not an easy thing.

The debug cable won't let you flash the firmware.
