DVD, MKV or OGG trouble?

Postby gato2008chile » 09 Apr 2009 22:27

I have no problem until now using VLC.

I try to play a DVD with VLC, after go across a lot of options and in the final go to the right option i play DVD with VLC(never before i use for it), after the dvd play i "play" a matroska or ogg video in the cd reader, and play fine.

After that i try to play local videos in VLC and the controls got unresponsives, no menu, no options only if i use the keyboard the options are selected. An example of the unresponsibility was not enable to slide the time and go to a specific time, play pause, etc with no response, no menu selected by mouse only using keyboard.

The browser also got nearly unresponsive(VLC plugin is the default manager media),only until i restart the pc the normal behaviour is restored.

Does it help if you change video output module?
