A few questions..

Postby Andrew28913 » 05 Mar 2009 16:27

Hi,

I was wondering if VLC can be made to pause when it gets to the last frame of videos? Otherwise the video just closes and it looks a mess.
Also, what does the VLC Firefox plugin do? If I try to open a link to an MP3 or an MP4 file in Firefox nothing happens - I'd assumed a player would open? At least that's what the QuickTime plugin always used to do.

Thanks.

No.

It should play media files that Firefox access. Wrong mime types might cause situation where plugin doesn't launch. Also about:plugins should be checked to see if the Firefox really knows vlc plugin.
