Of course
IMO I think it would benefit VLC greatly if it supports .ram. I remember VLC being tagged as a media player that can play anything and doesnt require any codec downloads. It has saved my butt plenty of times when i have a new media format im not sure about. It is my de-facto video player. I think they should focus development on supporting this (and any other major) media format. I dont need a new GUI that makes VLC look bloated, I need a one-in-all functional media player!! Who wants to download Real Media Player anyway???
That being said I appreciate the awesome work everyone has done developing this piece of software. I love 0.8.6 and cant wait for 1.0 (assuming a more bear bones GUI is available then) Keep up the good work.
