Is it now that we can have vlc decode RV40?

So far it works with MKV.

VLC night version 0.9.8 2008/12/04
Windows Vista

I use both windows vista and fedora 10 on my computer, but in both I'm getting in rtsp://mcmreal.mediacapital.pt/encoder/itv1.rm

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "RV40". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

I found a thread where a file drv43260.dll is mentioned that should be put in VLC plugins directory, but didn't help, the same errors will occur.
Is there any thing to enable?

Hope the new FFmpeg give us out of the box RV40.
