M4V OVER RTP VIDEO SCRAMBLED...

Hello everyone..

i am trying to stream a m4v file over rtp using vlc. i get scrambled video output
here is what i have settings for streaming.

1. m4v file ( only video ) is streamed.
2. using rtp unicast and multicast port is 1234 for all

i receive the the stream in webpage but its scrablem in multicast.
i dont receive any stream in unicast.

i have used no encapsulation in this case. but if i use mpeg-ts it works fine.

please can anyone help ...
