"Choose video device" menuitem missing.
Apparently there's supposed to be a menu item in the Video menu to choose which display the video will be played on. Its not there for me. I'm only able to switch displays in Preferences/Video/Output Modules/DirectX.

I haven't seen "Choose video device" entry. Could you point us the place where you found this information?

I guess that person probably means where you you change it in the preferences if what you say is true.

That thread is for Mac OS X, not for Windows. VLC builds for different OS aren't feature identical.

Will that feature be in the Windows version anytime soon? Is it in the Linux version?
