Insert VLC into php, html

I do the project need convert videos, audios to .flv and I use VLC to convert but I don't know how insert into php or html, please help me. Thanks you so much.

I use flowplayer myself, http://flowplayer.org/
You'll need to upload the flv file and the flowplayer code (refer to their documentation) to your web site. If successful, you'll end up with a nice embedded video with youtube-like controls that can be played on any major browser.
