I wuold like to stream a TV Signal from my DVB-S Card using mp4v for the Videocodec.
It is possible to stream in constant bitrate mode (CBR) and not as default in VBR (variable bitrate) ?
ffmpeg is able to stream in CBR but how can I change the mode using VLC ?
Streaming vom DVB card using mp4v and CBR ?
