Could VLC support RTP over TCP while be a VOD Server?

My computer is behind of NAT, so I can not receive RTP over UDP by different channel to TCP,

Could VLC support RTP over TCP while be a VOD Server?

It could ... if the code gets finished (which might be the case due to one of our Summer of Code projects). (VLC already supports it as a client, not as a server)

But I need that VLC as Server support RTP over TCP.

So, this feature is in your Summer project, right?
