Problem with vlc webinterface,http, Multicast

Hello

I receive a Videostream with VLC from a VDR server and send these by multicast over VLC again.

I use to start: vlc -I HTTP -vv http://localhost:3000/PES/S19.2E-1-1089-12003 --sout UDP:239.255.1.1 --ttl 4
Everybody who joins the Multicastgroup can see the stream->It works fine!

In the forums and Faqs I could not find a solution therefore now my problem:

Now I would like to use the Webinterface of the VLC

I open the Browser HTTP:\\ip_of_my_vlcMulticaster:8080 with the consequence that the VLC falls and the Multicaststream breaks off. In the Browser I receive only “Connection: CLOSE”

Any ideas? Please help

I found the solution, it seems to be a Kanotix problem... update kanotix to latest stable -> VLC webinterface (http) running
http://kanotix.com/FAQ-id_cat-146.html
