transcode functionality

Hello Expert

functionality transcoding is it available on Window ?

I need same functionality in my project , i used OpenCv , But opencv only Capture frame of AVI File only , I Want multiple video Files like mpeg, DVD ,vob etc. Capture their frames .

is thier any Open Source for Conversion.


i used ffmpeg to convert mpeg to avi but that Avi used for Capturing frame using opencv it doesn't Support

Pls give Your Suggestion
