VLC & XViD

I have a movie incoded in
XViD.TS - Audio: MP3 VBR 128Kbps

I am having alot of trouble playing it. Do i need extra codec's or something?

Afaik VLC don't play movies stored in archive files.
Decompress first... ;)

Haha is that right.

I tried expandit with stuffit delux expander 10.1 but it said i cant.Image

My guess is that one of the files in the rar archive you have downloaded is corrupt. You should try to download the files again, or extract the archive with another program (e.g. UnRarX).

The problem has nothing to do with VLC.
