http://www.gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=22892I would question your statement that Vista is not selling well as it is used or will be used on every new PC for years to come and PC's have over 90% world marketshare (as compared to OSX with less than 3% world marketshare).
NVIDIAI'm running Vista and it is extremely stable, smooth as silk and a terrific operating system.
I think you don't have a Driver problem or a Vista problem, you have a VLC problem and if you truly want to make VLC cross platform maybe you better get to work.
I think you are way off base and need to get your facts straight before making comments here.I'm running Vista and it is extremely stable, smooth as silk and a terrific operating system.

Why you want to keep making a Windows version, if nothing is good about it?? Better put some more effort and time in the Linux or MAC version !In this area Microsoft as always makes a fast machine look slow and even more so with the amount of protection we need to pile on because Microsoft doesn't create a system that is secure.
Are you proposing to buy a Vista copy for us? That is so nice from you!DJ, j-b and the rest.
Look...why doesn't VLC simply get out of the Windows development field?
You obviously don't have any interest in Vista...and like I said, Vista will DOMINATE world market share in the years to come. If you don't think so, you are simply fools.
So what ? What does this mean ?So, get out of the whole VLC development for Windows area! You have no interest in it, why waste our time with your lack of effort.
