UPnP server name anomaly

Postby Starnat63 » 09 Mar 2024 12:43

I could not find any other references to this particular issue, so thought I would flag it.

When accessing files on my UPnP server using VLC (iPadOS17) the servers are listed with their correct names, but once in the server, each is titled “control.xml?ObjectID=0”. Whilst the function is not impaired, this looks messy.

This bug is not apparent on the Android version.

Is there a way to rectify this?

Yes, there is an open ticket on this subject and it will be fixed.
