Blu-Ray Language Selection Menu Doesn't Load

I'm trying to play Star Trek Discovery on VLC, but when it gets to the language selection menu, it won't load and I can't continue. I've had this type of menu on other discs, and sometimes it loads and allows me to select, and sometimes it doesn't. Other Blu-Ray disks without this menu play fine. MakeMKV is able to read them properly.

I've changed the 'Simple' settings: Interface > Language > Menus language from "Auto" to "American English" and "British English"
And I've also tried the 'All' settings: Input/Codecs > Menu language from blank to "en,eng" and then to "en,eng,any" (without quotes)

Computer is Win11. VLC is 3.0.21.

You should create a new report ticket on the VLC issues tracker with your above report, the EAN-13 / UPC codes of the problematic disc and the link to this thread:
