MJPEG in .MOV file with no video display

Dear VLC,

After upgrading from 0.8.4 to 0.8.5 on Windows XP SP2, my .MOV files are played only with sound, the video is not displayed anymore.
These .MOV file contain MJPEG encoded video.

Try to rename files to .mp4 extension.

A number of users have reported having problems with MOVs made from DV cameras and VLC 0.8.5

The nature of the problem is not known at this time.

I've tried hundred of .MOV files and I have the same problem but only with files using the JPEG format which plays fine on v0.8.4a but not on v0.8.5.
