Problem to Play h265 hvc1 Files

Hello People,
I searched some but I don't find a solution to play h265 Files with hvc1 on VLC. The only solution so far was that people say to switch to another Player.
A Friend of my made some Videos with his Samsung S24 on a Concert and I wanted to show these Videos with VLC. I Updated the K-Lite Codec Pack to be sure the Codecs are on the newest version, but the VLC only shows black screen and plays the audio.
Is there a solution to get these files played by VLC?
Greetings
Wax

We need the full log, from the very beginning to the very end. Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2)
before you start the playback, keep the messages window open during the whole process and then paste the
full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com or on Justpaste.it if it's too long.
Also upload a
short sample of your
original problematic file to WeTransfer.com or Disroot.org and then post the link to the file here.

The video has a 7680x4320 resolution with an overall bit rate of 80.9 Mb/s.
Some questions:
What is your graphics card ?
What is snapraid-server ? A network drive ? If so, please check if it works any better if you copy the file to a local drive.
Also check if you have any video filter enabled and then disable them all.

I got a NVIDIA RTX 2060 Graphics Card, no Filters enabled and Snapraid is my Server but Problem also persists when i Play it from my SSD Drive.
The latest Game Ready Driver from the Graphic Card is Installed on my System.

You should create a new report ticket on the VLC issues tracker with your above report, the link to your messages log, the link to your sample file and the link to this thread:
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues
If possible, because of this:

I'm having this same issue with a video recorded at 7680x2160. I haven't been able to create a gitlabs account even though I have a existing github account.
If I upload my logs can someone else submit the bug report?

An issue was opened here
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/28743
After some back and forth it seems the VLC 32-bit was used, which is too restricted memory-wise to handle 8K videos.
