I need to configure my gufw I'm mod in / out denny preventing a VLC application to connect.

I do not find it in the apps menu, just in service but no menu option does not work and I galley to allow it to then connect can you tell me which doors used by VLC?

We already talked about how to deny VLC from accessing the network but Jean-Baptiste closed the thread. Just follow my instructions to the letter and you should be good to go.
Gufw is not an application-based firewall. The limited options it does have can easily be accomplished at the router-level.
