RTSP Meraki Camera- stream stops

Trying to run an RTSP stream from a Meraki Camera to a LAN connected Mac Mini running VLC. The stream runs fine with minor delay but will randomly stops. I am able to restart the stream just fine.

I found various threads about saving the RTSP stream as a playlist / loop enabled but I don't seem to have those options in V3.0.18

Meraki forums are limited in the issue being replicated - the one instance recently being solved by Meraki Firmware 5.0 that I am already running.
