my VLC for IOS feature requests

Here are my requests for VLC for IOS (iPod, iPad, iPhone)

#1. I use my iPad as my kids' Movie Player. After loading it up with ever growing list of kid movies, it gets very difficult to find the movies.
May I suggest to add "Folders" so that we can move the corresponding movies in their appropriate folders? Very important

#2. Some movies are recorded with too low audio volume. VLC on PC can have Audio volume beyond 100% to as much as 400%. Is it possible for VLC for IOS to have this feature as well? Very Important

#3. Also add Speed selection. It would be great to have x0.5 (slow mo), x1.5 and x2.0 playback speed. Not so Important
