Packet Loss while streaming FullHD Video 1920X1080

Hi,
We are using the VLC from version 0.98 to 1.0.1 and we are seeing the Packet loss while we are streaming the full HD movie with resolution 1920x1080 because of that we are seeing the glitch in the video on client side.
We are using the dedicated network with peer to peer connection between the streamer and the receiver VLC but still the packet loss is there.

We are also seeing that network usage goes down both side with windows task manager means there is no being data send from the streamer and the same time the glitch will be visible in the receiver side.

This is happening only we are streaming the full HD movie othe smaller resolution is working fine without any glitch in the movie.
This is not happening at random place in the same video.

Please let us know how we can rectify this packet loss while streaming the Full HD video.
Is there any specific setting is required for streaming the Full HD Video?
