Can not see my smart TV

Hello Forum,


I want to play a video from VLC on my smart TV.

When I go to Play -> Renderer I do not see my smart TV, like in this picture:

It just keeps on scanning.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

With Bigly BT I can stream videos from my pc to my smart tv just fine...

You'll need either Google Chromecast or Nvidia Shield. More info here. Officially, Google no longer supports Chromecasting using a PC, but it might still work.
