Based on this idea from the past on r/VLC.
So, new beta version of foobar2000 had an option to integrate the media controls to Windows 10 UWP media volume control using this API from Microsoft (probably), but is VLC Media Player may support or integrate this API while playing music/video in background?
Also sorry for incorrect spelling or grammar because my English little bit bad.

I second that! It would be a very nice feature!
On the one hand, this would allow the application to be used when it is reduced in a similar way to others (e.g. Firefox, Spotify, Groove, etc.).
And on the other hand, and perhaps more importantly, it would also be possible to use the media keys integrated in the keyboards and various devices when the application is not in the foreground (I know VLC already allows global shortcuts to be defined, but these generally don’t work well with media keys which are usually consumed by other system services or applications).
