VLC no longer playing network stream from YouTube

Hi there, I am using VLC 3.0.4 Vetinari for Windows 10. I have tried doing a full reinstall, I went back and did a complete uninstall, did a clean install on a previous version (3.0.1), did a complete uninstall again, and performed yet another full clean install. I have restarted my computer as well, and as far as I know, there are no issues.

Randomly this past Sunday, VLC no longer allows me to open YouTube network streams. The same program was working perfectly. As requested, I saved the debug log. Did YouTube change the way it allows 3rd party apps to access its videos? Please assist if possible. Thank you in advance. -Bob
