How to FIX VLC Audio from doing Farting Stutters in Windows 8.1??

Hello All,
My problem with VLC player is that I am having trouble playing [Game of Thrones 2011 Season 1 (1080p Bluray x265 HEVC 10bit AAC 7.1 Tigole) with on the player.

The primary audio track is a 7.1 MPEG AAC (mp4a) with 3F2M2R/LFE channels
The Video plays fine, but the main audio track has problems stuttering, skipping, and pausing.

i have this issue with Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise Version, I tried a few preferences from online guide but no luck
when i change VLC player to Window 7 compatibility mode, the problem then solves and becomes the audio is now playing fine but in 7.1 surround sound while I only got a 2.1 speaker system playing from a external audioengine DAC.

DivX Player PRO plays is all good but does not support VSUB subtitles well. So how to I get the king of all media players to function accordingly. I reset preferences to default can someone tell what to fix.

Well Under several Configurations and Third Party software I finally found the solution for my ideal desired playback.

Intel i7 7700K
Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise

Its would seem nothing could fix VLC player to play these Hi Quality Highly compressed files with Audio Problem
Divx Pro has Subtitles Display Problem. At least only for my specific media files.

Pot Player does it all flawlessly and perfectly ( Video, Audio, and subtitles done well of the single content file.

Massive love for VLC but having Pot Player as an alternative partner is ideal to be issue and problem proof, on the massive variety of file types and qualities when VLC rarely doesn't come through.

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

Also upload a short sample of a problematic file to either http://streams.videolan.org/upload/ or to Zippyshare.com (200 MB max) or to EmbedUpload.com, the latter will upload the file for you to several other hosts (use the default ones) and then post the link to the file here.

If needed cut it with DGsplit and read here about how to do it:

50 MB max should be enough.

Try VLC 3.0, where we should have fixed the 7.1 AAC issue.

Tried out the latest Nighty VLCP build and the audio issues seem to be all solved.

Last Note: However the latest Nighty Build displays the embedded subtitles all deformed and messed up like super italics type font, not readable.
