Open DVB-T2 Stream

I'm want to open a channel with my USB DVB-T2 adapter, but VLC keeps returning the same error message :

Digital broadcasting:
The selected digital tuner does not support the specified parameters.
Please check the preferences.
Your input media cannot be opened:
VLC cannot open « dvb-t2://frequency=514000000:bandwidth=8 ».Check the messages for more details.

There are no problems when I try to open a channel with DVB-T. Any clue of the problem ?

My Configuration is :
