Restoring chapter markers in 2.2.0?

Restoring chapter markers in 2.2.0?
I can't seem to get the chapter markers back in VLC 2.2.0. I think with the next-most-recent version, they didn't show up either. The markers show up when using MPC-HC so I know they are embedded in the files. Did VLC remove them entirely, or is there a setting somewhere that enables/disables them?
