Oculus Rift

Postby nicknacck » 03 Jan 2014 21:34

Hello Forum,

I want to ask if there will be a Oculus Rift support for the VLC Player in the Future. The Oculus Rift Project is a popual 3D Virtual Realitiy Headset wich has a pretty amazing immersion effect. The Image must be distort that it can be displayed correctly and the SDK for it was released a few month ago. I red a of time in the Web that many people look like a player that has a Oculus support and I thought I ask if you could add such a feature to the VLC Player. Would be awesome. :D

Well, it should be simple to do, as a filter. Patches are welcome :D
