H.264 Codec

Could anyone bring me up-to-date with the progress on running MPEG4 10
I have searched the Forums and see that work is going on and am interested to now where we are.

playback works fine. encoding works fine. What specifics do you want ? (playback is done using ffmpeg http://ffmpeg.sf.net and encoding with x264 http://developers.videolan.org/x264.html )

My capture caed produces 4 H264 encded streams. I want to make these available to the internet viewable by G3 mobile phone. Decoding software is available for the phone but will the Media Player make it available through the UDP Unicast/multicast or http streaming. If so which Encapsulation format should I use.

well ... some people have been working on G3 encapsulation but its not available in VLC yet ... sorry
