I see that I’ve just earned my stripes. Are there any plans to allow for more cones (a higher ranking)? And also, how does the ranking work, one cone for every fifty posts?

Ranks are:
1 -> New Cone
10 -> Blank Cone
100 -> Cone that earned his stripes
500 -> Big Cone-huna
Special ranks are:
Developer
Site Admin
So unless you're one of the few people with more than 500 posts (and you're not in the Developers or Site Admin category ... which makes it even fewer people), you shouldn't be too worried about not being able to get some new cones to your rank
