Default Movie Size: Does this work ?!?

It would be great if someone can please show me how to set the default size for movies. This is exacerbated by not having Double Size etc key commands but thats okay.

Ive tried setting the Video Height/Width as well as the Video Zoom - neither works.

Anyone know ?

Bump does anyone know how to do this? Im new to VLC and would like for player to "remember" last used size as opposed to having to resize VLC each time its opened. Any idea how to do this?

It doesn't work for me.

Everytime I set a default video size VLC doesn't remember it (disregards it).
