remux ts with new SI info

Hi everybody,

I need to remux TS which already has PAT, PMT in it into a new TS which has new PAT, PMT, NIT and SDT info. Do I need to remove the old SI info in TS? if so, can vlc do it?
Can I use vlc to add new SI info into the TS? if so, how?
