how use multicast Livemedia in vlc 0.7.0

HI I just want to use the multicast rtsp feature or livemedia in vlc. I use livemedia on a linux box and stream a mpeg file but I know in 0.7.0 of vlc we are suppose to be able to do the same thing ??

does any1 here have a little how-to for this ?
