I do more test and the problem is the codec : VP31

All video streaming with : VP31 have bad image (only on VLC 0.8.6, work fine with 0.8.5)

And I tested other video streaming with other codec and all work fine.
Tested with : MP43 VMV3 VP62

Thus, I think that the problem come from VP31 Codec in VLC 0.8.6.

Confirmed, happens on 0.8.6 under Windows XP, not with 0.8.5.
