Problem on the new stable 0.8.6

Hi,

I'm working on the DDREAM from worldsat and I have seen something strange on the stable 0.8.6
With the 0.8.6 test1 everything works very well in transcoding on my Turion64 and with the stable 0.8.6 the transcoding jerk the video and the audio.

Perhaps a wrong optimization generates that.

Without attempting to transcode or stream the file. Start playing the file and open your task manager. What is the CPU usage and remaining memory?

Then open messages. What errors do you see?

Considering this in not the best way to open a DVD stored on your Hard Drive, how big is the VOB file? Is the whole DVD stored on your HD? or just the VOBs?

As DJ says, if the whole DVD is on your hard drive opening it with an mrl like "dvdsimple:"C:\Documents and Settings\tim\My Documents\DVD DDREAM"@1 is more straightforward.

Actually it's easier than that, just Open Directory works fine.
