Problems with the AxtiveX in vb.net

Hello,

I installed VLC 0.8.5 with the ActiveX, added the "VideoLAN VLC ActiveX Plugin" to the vb.net Toolbox, use it in my project and it works. But when I run the created exe on other PC's (even with vb.net, VLC 0.8.5 installed), comes an Error.
When I erase the VideoLAN tool and create a new EXE, it works without problems.

What this could be??
