How to download videos?

I just downloaded VLC Media Player and I'am just inquiring as to how to download videos? Please let me know and thank you.

There is no common method as it depends on the website or peer to peer service. Unless of coarse there is a download button or play button on the website. :)

Try right clicking on the video url to see some options and try some of these. However, some sites block downloads completely.

If you're using Firefox, you can try the VideoDownloader extension.
