Problems Setting Up Capture Device

Postby stonkers » 13 Nov 2006 16:32

I'm having problems setting up my capture device. The video card I'm using is an ATI All In Wonder. The card has an input for a camera (this is the one I want to capture), and one for TV. When I refresh the list and select this card in "Open Caputre Device", I get the wrong stream (the one from the TV). Does anyone know how I can select the correct stream?

Thanks,
Eric

The different inputs will probably be different channels on the card. Try opening 'Advanced Options' when you select the 'Open Capture Device' from File menu. This will allow you to change the channel that VLC opens.

I hope this helps
